With a constant focus on innovation, continuous improvement and the total satisfaction of our customers, the constant updating of die-casting machines and our plants is also a fundamental value to guarantee quality, precision and an up-to-date production. Today our company includes the die casting foundry department and the plastic molding department, the machining center, the painting and surface treatment department, the assembly area and the internal tests and trial laboratory. The foundry includes 5 machines for die-casting zamak: that is, presses with power ranging from 20 to 300 tons revised and adapted to the law, 2 plants for molding with vacuum technology and 1 air conditioning system molds. For the die-casting of aluminum we have 5 presses with powers between 320 and 1150 tons, revised and adapted to the law, including loading robotic material and managed by personal computers. For the production of die-cast brass articles, we use 1 press with power of 200 tons, equipped with loading robotic material, revised and adapted to the law. The plant for injection molding of plastics includes 3 latest generation presses with powers of 140, 290 and 400 tons, with respective dryers/ dehumidifiers, power supplies, thermo chillers, conveyor belts and 3-axes gripping arms. For surface cleaning and treatment, we are equipped with 11 tumbling/tumbling machines, manual cleaners, semi-automatic grinders and sandblasting machines, as well as a system of 14 tanks with capacity of 800 liters each, including degreasing, washing, chrome-plating, cataphoresis, automatically managed and with attached water purification plant, sludge collection and cooking oven and/ or drying with air transport chain length of 50 meters. In addition to a modern powder and liquid painting department, we also have a machining center with rotary tables from 3 to 6 units managed by PLCs, drilling machines and tapping machines. Our assembly room includes manual and pneumatic benches for the assembly of electronic and mechanical parts.
